香港和新加坡2023年4月5日 /美通社/ -- 納斯達克上市公司AGBA Group Holding Limited（“AGBA”“匯邦”）今日宣布于2023年4月5日訂立一份買賣協議，收購Sony Life Financial Advisers Pte Ltd -- 一家在新加坡獲得正式許可的財務顧問和保險經紀公司。AGBA連同其子公司統稱“AGBA集團”或“匯邦集團”，為一家總部在香港的領先一站式金融超市。
