          "企業數字化運營解決方案" 收入在封城影響下仍然取得同比增長

          "企業數字化運營解決方案"收入占比創新高達36%

          香港2022年8月25日 /美通社/ -- 中國領先的企業數字化運營和營銷云平臺愛點擊集團iClick(NASDAQ:ICLK)發布截至2022年6月30日未經審計的第二季度財務業績。

          愛點擊2022年第二季度收入達3,808萬美元,其中"企業數字化運營解決方案"收入1,381萬美元,同比增長3%; "在線營銷解決方案"收入為2,426萬美元,同比下降62%。 "在線營銷解決方案"收入下降主要來自 i) 集團戰略性縮減利潤率較低、風險較高的部分"在線營銷解決方案"業務、ii) 部分客戶面臨更嚴謹的行業監管,導致中國廣告市場普遍放緩以及 iii) 中國實施嚴格的疫情防控措施

          由于"在線營銷解決方案"的收入下降,2022季度毛利潤為926萬美元,同比下降62%;毛利率為24.3%, 相較于去年同期的31.2%根據非美國通用會計準則,2022年第二季度調整后EBITDA虧損為1,317萬美元;調整后凈虧損為1,502萬美元。

          愛點擊董事會主席、首席執行官兼共同創始人唐健表示,"為了有效控制新一波COVID-19疫情,中國各地在2022年第二季度采取了嚴格的防疫措施,不可避免地為市場帶來影響。同時,波動的宏觀環境也使客戶在廣告和促銷活動開支上持保守態度。因此,第二季度公司的總收入同比下降51%,主要由于‘在線營銷解決方案'的收入同比下降62%; 與此同時, ‘在線營銷解決方案'部門提列2,495萬美元商譽減值,兩者均為第二季度虧損的原因。"
